Kanye West goes Worse Moment

Surely Kanye is a pro behind the mixing board, but when it comes to gracefully losing at an awards show, he pretty much amounts to a cartoonish version of this.
Said incident occurred when our boys Justice and Simian won the best video award for their elaborate version Hipster Jenga.
“Kanye West was nominated for a few MTV Europe Music Awards, held Thursday night in Copenhagen, and when he lost in the category for best video Kanye stormed the staged and unleashed a verbal tirade unbecoming of a gentleman.
As winners Justice and Simian collected their award for We Are Your Friends, West stole the spotlight and started screaming.
He yelled: “Fuck dis! (My video) cost a million dollars, Pamela Anderson was in it, I was jumping across canyons and shit! If I don’t win, the awards show loses credibility. Nothing against you (Justice and Simian), but hell man.”
It only got worse from there!
He spouted, “I haven’t seen (the Justice and Simian video). Possibly it could have been quite good but no way better than Touch The Sky. That is complete bullshit, I paid a million. Obviously it’s not all about the money, but the response it got transcended everything, it really made great TV. It took a month to film; I stood on a mountain; I flew a helicopter over Vegas. I did it to be the king of all videos and I wanted to walk home with that award.”
Before he ended his tirade, Kanye implored journalists “Please press people print ‘Kanye says fuck that!’” - MTV Europe
And don’t forget that Justice will be playing Studio B tomorrow night at FIX’s 2nd year anniversary. Go to hear the actual guys who remix the song drop “We are your friends” instead of hearing it drop three times in one night by random DJs at Ruff Club.
