!!! Myth Takes
The new LP from !!! has been a non-stop stomp and romp on my playlist for the past month. It’s all about the groove for this album which is something I’ve been missing lately–listening to all the Dirty Electro Anthems from France. John Pugh, the two timing !!!/LCD Soundsystem Drummer, and Justin Van Der Volgen, the two timing !!!/Out Hud (rip), have plenty of groove to give. Nic Offer slobbering spitfire vocals ain’t as annoying as on the first album. You’ve guys should know the first single Heart of Hearts by now but the rest of the album isn’t too shabby either.

This opening track literally sounds like some groovy theme to a 60’s Spy flick.

I would like to make the Call that Must Be the Moon has the greatest sound of 2007 so far. Brace yourself when the break down comes around cus you’re gonna hear something that sounds like Optimus Prime punching the shit outta Megatron. It’s amazing and makes an already good song to genius.
